As a professional assessor, I'm happy to assess the term sheet for its corporate ethics. I can already see that hm004 is attempting to extract a very good deal, but I believe it needs a professional assessor to ensure that the quality of the meal and more importantly the wine is up to scratch. Wouldn't want a disgusting degustation, otherwise there might be a breach of contract.
So I'm prepared to sit in and partake of the food and wine for a small compensation.....no, on the other hand.....if Philips comes off, I could afford to dispense with my hefty fee and come and pay for my own meal in celebration!!
Yeh I know....I go on with a bit of "bull sheet" at times. My daughter would call it a "Dad joke". I'll crawl back into my hole now and await big things for Anteo in 2014!!! :-)
