This was to be expected. Once we voted for the resolution about ratifying the previous placements of shares, it was just a matter of time.

As for the part about traders no wanting to hold as you have stated due to the fact that the offer is at about 25% to the current share price, all I have to say, is that, for some of them, they will have their job cut out selling based on the fact that our liquidity is simply not there.

I think that the only solution and hope for us, is to put these shares in the bottom draw and look away for a while.

The sweetener for us, is the 1 for every 3 shares we hold plus the option that will expire in 3 years from now. 3 years, for some of us, is a long time.
