2014 ANNUAL MEETING AND DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS

Restaurant Brands New Zealand Limited (RBD) is holding its next Annual
Meeting of shareholders on Thursday 26 June 2014 at Ellerslie Events Centre,
Newmarket Room, Ground Floor, 80-100 Ascot Avenue, Greenlane, Auckland
commencing at 11.00am.

For the purposes of NZSX Listing Rule 3.3.5, RBD advises that the closing
date for nominations of directors is Thursday 1 May 2014 (Closing Date).  All
nominations must be received by 4:00pm on the Closing Date.

A nomination may only be made by a shareholder of RBD entitled to attend and
vote at the Annual Meeting and be accompanied by the consent in writing of
the person nominated.
