When a CR is done, any shares not taken up are then taken by the Underwriter. So if it is not fully subscribed, be prepared for these shares to be floated to the market at 2.5c - that is my understanding anyway.
Regardless, I took up my share entitlements (which the cut-off date is today)...Wasn't entitled to many, but it's a start.
and today, I bought more in FMS, even at 2.6c...
Give it a month or so (for the dust to settle), and we should see 3.5c or thereabouts...My itchy nose keeps sniffing out the money for me...hehe
