With a green finish - eg 23 (24 better), the chart looks to be greating a 'flag' or 'pennant' type pattern. This pattern, in my experience, is the most reliable and most explosive of all in the technical analysis space. This is especially so when the formation occurs while the stock is in an uptrend with rising volumes. GLTA.
