Patterson's are up for $1.3 million worth of stock at 3 cents correct?

I don't believe it would be in their best interest to dump the stock and make a loss straight off the bat.

And I don't see Patto's wanting to put clients into a stock at 3 cents when the market price is below that of the raising.

So, I personally believe, they will do everything in their power to push the SP up past their entry point and allow clients to walk out the door at evens, but take with them a free option or two.

And they've got form.
