Negative gearing to go won't do the housing shortage and renters any favours. Fat chance in hell it will happen, especially with the libs in power.
And I am very very very very thankful that I didn't take the advice of the property bubble spruikers who have been ranting the same old XXXX for the last 10 years LOL. I feel for those that took their advice and are now need to pay 100's of 1000's of dollars or more to get into the market.
