I am not certain this is the correct forum but wonder if there are meditators among us or people using mind machines for relaxation? I am interested in improving my behavior and function. It seems to me my mind gets overloaded and then relationships suffer. I have just ordered a proteus light and sound mind machine and the last few days have been trying to relax empty my mind etc... I find it differcult to stop thinking. I am hoping the gadget will give me something to focus on.
