Ive got nothing really to add. I manually use insulin pens and dont have a pump, though i know my private health will cover the whole cost if i ever choice to get one + the insulin infusion set that needs to be changed every few days is covered under ndss so its very cheap.
I do have a continuous glucose monitor though and insurance/ndss dont cover it, yrly cost will be somewhere in the $7-8000 range.
Either way, big dollars involved.
