People pay treble their mortgage loans to banks, this loan contributed to what might be a potential company maker.
Borrowing by piddly oil explorers is EXTREMELY HIGH RISK and must pay for that high risk by either a high percentage rate on the loan or as CTR has done used equity.
Bugger all in the context of where this company is heading. Good luck to the lender and thanks for lending it to us so we can now enjoy the show DEBT FREE!!!!
