Nab, from memory they are partly paid for 10 years. I don't actually think they have been fully paid for...just let them lapse. I'm not exactly certain. The problem is that it is difficult to get a clear, concise response from APG....if they even elect to respond to your email.
There lies the frustration. They don't feel like they are answerable to anyone.
