Thats my problem I wrapped up all of my funds in SOC, and they are down 60%....Essentially I want MTL shares now...
Anyway I checked the MTL IPO Prospectus...

"Priority Offer: Sovereign Gold Shareholders will be guaranteed an allocation of 10,000 Shares if they submit a valid Application for at least 10,000 Shares and hold at least a Marketable Parcel of Sovereign Gold shares on the Record Date.
Sovereign Gold Shareholders may apply for more Shares under the Priority Offer, but will not be guaranteed any further
allocation. Any further allocation will be at the discretion of the Directors."
First page has this written, so if you buy 10,000 shares in MTL and hold your SOC shares your given an extra 10,000 free?
