Does my following comment apply to Bul?

I'm astonished at the small number of trades relative to capital backing of companies at present that appear to be driving the SP direction - are the smart ones those cashing in, or are they just playing into the hands of those few who plan to quietly drop a line in and feed of those unable to maintain the patience to live through short term pain?
