IBBY, the company has been crazy lucky to have been able to raise a large amount of money at such a premium right now. Any capital raising involves dilution, but PBT having capital is essential right now. I presume the investors will want some money back, too, so the company now has further pressure ($16m worth of pressure) to do something "good".
