Don't know much about mining gold but at an operating cost of US$200 per ounce and a profit of US$350 per ounce (using current price) sounds very good indeed!

Can any of the loyal IBR's add value to my calculations from todays announcement

i.e.
production from lichkvaz project "only"

expected profit
1. (half year 2006) production 30,700 oz x US$350 = US$10 m

2. production 2007 73,500 oz x US$350 = US$26 m

3. seeking to produce up to 150 000 oz per annum

*current JORC estimate for lichkvaz project is 1.4 m ounces gold equivalent and "considerable increases to the resource can be expected in the future with additional exploration"
