The complaining has gone on for years, it would be a lot easier if everyone just faced facts:
1. The industry was in a significant speculative bubble which was simply never sustainable
2. The stock was priced as if it could deliver on its promises and also in a way that suggested the speculative price bubble in rare earth prices was indeed sustainable
3. Despite the hype generated by promoters, next to none of the original projections by management have come true. Costs have been higher than expected, timing longer than expected and revenue lower than expected
Everyone makes mistakes and even the best investors in the world get it wrong all the time. The best thing for the Lynas cheer squad is to admit the mistake and move on. The opportunity is gone, there are thousands of other investment opportunities out there.
