If the Chinese want to throw USD250m in our direction, I'm sure that there would be few shareholders who would vote 'no' to that opportunity to escape from the sad stories of a drilling rig that does not seem to be fit for the purpose.
Rio T has stuck the knife into the massive prospective Cu/Au mine in Alaska (Pebble) under pressure from environmentalists, so that has taken 55bn pounds of potential future supply out of the equation.
It's just a question of hanging on and watching snails gallop.
