It will be less of the 'finding a perfect patient' and more of the rather impressive list of exclusion criteria, and the fact that at a unit like Duke there will be a variety of trials competing for the not so uncommon G1 treatment failure (who by their having experienced prior treatment are generally patients who are usually excellent candidates for clinical trials).
