I enjoyed reading both sides of your views. My view is that we should not put too much emphasis on the current year profit estimates in terms of estimating the future share price and performance. This company went through a disaster with its work for NBN and I think they are still just tidying up the mess and trying to get back to where they were prior to NBN. Its earnings per share for the seven years from 2005 to 2011 averaged around 7.8c a share and it is getting back to those sorts of figures that the company is hoping to do.
Clearly the big shareholders and insiders have some confidence of it getting there.
