re: Ann: Announcement of Proposed Scheme of A... A big tick for value investing this stock before the scheme.
Given its poor liquidity the scheme is a chance for many holders to sell.
Can't see why the scheme should not go thru, only needs 75% of outstanding other votes. If thia scheme fails than I am sure the owner/ manager will probably find other ways to screw the remaining shareholders.
