ESI have NEVER struck a deal that has Stuck.

Prior form would indicate that they NEVER will.

INDIA is a pipe dream IMO.

Having "plans" for a sub commercial sized demo plant is just not good enough after all the time and money that has been used up by this Idea.

And let's not forget that until it is proven over years and years ( look how long they had to run the Kobelco Demo plant to get it right) Coldry is still that, Just an Idea.

And it's an Idea that it appears NO ONE wants to take up.

There will be NO fast tracking in INDIA.
