Seems like the main difference between a tiny market cap and a 6x higher market cap is that CNQ don't yet have funding, and they've damaged investor confidence with their over-promising and under-delivering for their staged approach.
So it does show significant upside (500%+) if they were to 1. get funding and 2. regain investor confidence by making a profit.
