It really depends, are you good with your hands and can do reno work?
If yes buy an older house on a decent sized block. Im thinking redcliffe area in QLD ?
Or maybe Ipswich area in QLD
If not then I would suggest a new townhouse. Also in those locations
And it would have no R&M work required
