Ohhh dam Zero and D a right, what if they are saying they have just executed the financing, it is dead......the sky is falling ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
Maybe it is initial funding maybe it is complete, whatever it may be it is more than a stagnant stock would announce. I would rather a trading halt after a constant move upwards on a stock in order to build massive market interest before an announcement of such substance is released IMHO.
