Technically ARQ is looking the best it has for ages. MACD is looking very positive.
Yesterday's important technical rise was accompanied by strong volume - the persistent sellers who kept putting on $100,000 worth at a time kept being taken out and ARQ finished at its high for the day.
Over 2005 in a roaring energy sector ARQ has been a very disappointing stock market performer. It has a lot of catching up to do.
I did note some time ago that ARQ had probably bottomed:

Another positive is the largest daily volume for at least a year of 3.48 million on 20th. December.
That was a day ARQ opened at $1.69, was sold off to $1.605 and closed at $1.655.
Often high volume accompanies the final low of a significant correction.
