I have a feeling that you would do some initial test work on the graphite before you put your hand up for $50m worth of the stuff each year. Wouldn't surprise me at all if they haven't had access to several tonnes of the graphite already - to check it out. And then I wouldn't be surprised if they found out that the type of graphite they were after from Balama worked exactly as they thought it would. Hence their MOU with SYR.
