re: Ann: Raises $5.5M for Lulo Diamond Prjt /... Actually Kozzie, I'm building a simple spreadsheet to calculate the share price in the event we get a takeover bid. It will be based on post consolidation and 100% take up of loyalty options. It's obviously not rocket science, so if anyone is interested you can do the calculation in three easy steps:

e.g takeover bid $400m

1. Sum of the cost to exercise listed and unlisted options + $400m = x
2. Sum of total number of options + heads issued = y
3. Divide y into x = takeover share price.

For options payout, simply deduct the exercise price of the options from the takeover share price.
