Once you get an 'eye' for the wave charts, they really are cool, and as mentioned, they often tell the story much more clearly than a 'normal' chart.
Mind you, just like any chart, it needs to interpreted correctly.
Toastie says they are like seeing the price action in another dimension.
I started writing out a detailed explanation of what to look for on the wave chart, but it got a bit long winded, so I deleted it.
The brief explanation above seemed much better, and probably less confusing.
