Jumbo basically pays Tatts full price and charges it's customers a 10% premium 'for convenience' (I like that)
I can't see a problem with this arrangement. Although the ball is in Tatts court.
Pity SA lotteries went to Tatts. Some say it was rigged. Without the freedom to compete same for same (pricewise), their business model is strained
Jumbo needs the US lotteries to come through pretty quick to maintain even current share prices.... German could be a nice surprise, but still a multi-year negative earner.
