Details of transactions and events giving rise to relevant event

Steamboat Capital Limited is a representative of James Livingstone Reeves,
Field Nominees Limited on behalf of the Reeves Border Trust, and James
Livingstone Reeves, Nicola Jane Reeves and Gary Chapman Trustees Limited as
trustees of the Ballroom Trust.
Healthcare Industry Limited and Steamboat Capital Limited have an
understanding to act in concert in relation to any resolution of shareholders
of Abano Healthcare Group Limited (Abano) relating to the removal of the
Chairman of Abano Mr Trevor Janes as a director and the convening of any
meeting of shareholders of Abano to consider such resolution.
They both intend to request such a meeting and vote (or in the case of
Steamboat Capital Limited, to recommend to shareholders whose interests it
represents that they vote) in support of any resolution for the removal of Mr
Janes that is put to shareholders.
However, Steamboat Capital Limited does not control the exercise of
Healthcare Industry Limited's voting rights, and Healthcare Industry Limited
does not control the exercise of the voting rights of any entity represented
by Steamboat Capital Limited.
This understanding is recorded in the attached letters to the directors and
to shareholders of Abano (25 pages).
On 24 January 2014 Healthcare Industry Limited was issued 30,945 additional
shares by Abano through its Dividend Reinvestment Plan (a less than 1%
change).
