How precisely is it that a 29 share sale 'sucks the investor confidence out of a particular share'?
And how is it "share manipulation', when everyone is free to buy or sell at whatever price they want?
Its pretty simple, if there are people who want to buy the shares, then the 29 share sale won't make any difference to the share price at all. And if a higher price is being maintained by 29 shares worth of value, seems to me the share price probably deserves to fall.
