Am I correct in reading this - his 1.6million options lapsed, but at the same time he purchased 1.5million off market , and the 35,000 was obviously on market?
So he's sunk about 160k into the company? Which sounds like a great vote of confidence.
The only issue is if it's an off market transfer, someone is selling out to allow him to sell in , correct? Seems it'd be more positive being an on-market purchase to take out sellers than an off market, but I guess one could interpret it the same and still say the director has confidence in the future share price direction of this company?
Anyone agree, or have alternative views/other opinions?
