    Does anyone know if in the SEG & IGS deal if the transfer of 50 m SEG shares to IGS is subject to escrow conditions ?

    I know it is silent in the ASX ann.

    Jut wondering because if IGS needs to raise capital its going to dump the SEG share consideration which would have an effect on SEG.
