Whats wrong with the dividends - I think fully franked 1.5c is effectively over 6% if the share price was 35c.
I dont think paying more will make any difference to share price rather think that a share buyback would work better.
Dont have to be a big one but in reality this share drifts down on very small volumes.
As they raised $6 million @ 37c I think paying 30c on market to buy back would be good for holders.
