If you go trough the plethora of posts both here and on Yahoo MB, I think you will find that this rather pathetic piece of journalism spliced segments relating to two trials. The segment regarding a proposed 2000 patient trial with a drug that had previously shown a 30% reduction in disease progression etc, etc was NOT PBT2 (where has that ever been demonstrated?) Apparently they were using Kelvin (who was in the IMAGINE trial) and his story in an attempt to attract patients to the new (non Prana) trial. They were sprung by the PBT2 bottle.

IMO, the KL testimony is uncorroborated anecdotal evidence at this stage and it is still unknown whether he was on PBT2 or placebo during the IMAGINE trial. However, he was on PBT2 at the time of the interview because he was in the extension phase of the trial (ie. receivig treatment for 14 months)
