I needed some rent money....If you're not happy with the sp you can always buy some more and drive the price back up. Seems to me people are just getting tired of waiting and selling out and there not be much buying interest...supply and demand ya know..
I think the 1319 was a left over from a parcel sold at 15 or 15.5
