I am in Cairns.


Reasonable normal day ,no rain, light wind in Cairns.

Smart owners have their Boats are up creeks already, mine and my friends went up yesterday , some more today and others still haven't moved.

This Looks like A dooze,No room for complacency.

House has stored water in 200 litre drum and two Gensets both capable to run house on their own.

One diesel electric start, one pull start unleaded.

15 metre Extension lead from shed to house power board where plugs into a auxiliary switch to power house normally. Hot water and Electric stove are switched off.

WE are prepared, as always before cyclone season.

Not Our first and won't be our last.


Just Have to wait now.
