    This is a different beast.

    They are selling all assets and returning the cash to shareholders.

    So eventually they will be worth zilch (or sold for a cent or 2 for a back door listing).

    I think it is a great cash flow play but it's no Telsta or bank as far as consistent cash flow so DYOR.
