    ok from what research I've been able to do

    Gadens were Lawyers for Go Connect.
    Gadens have filed an application for a winding up order against GCN
    A winding up order is an application that relates to debts that the debtor believes would not be paid.
    There have been two hearings to date with the next on the 28th April.
    Should a judgement be made against GCN the ASX are immediately required to suspend shares in GCN.


    I'm 99% on all the above but not 100 so do your own research.
