DD, Yes. Regarding the trial, wasn't sure something I got from a Chinese website is useful to SDL shareholders.
One lawer once indicated that based on current Chinese law it is not easy to simply confiscate Hanlong's share in SDL because of Liu. Hanlong's holding in SDL is also contributed by many Hanlong shareholders. In the event of crimal charge of the Guru, the Government needs to compensate forthe lose. I am not an expert in this field, and not clear about this. I initially thought, the goverment would not intend to cause Hanlong shareholders to incurre a lose because of charging Liu Han. This let my 'belief' that a price above 44c to takeover the whole SDL would natural makes a componsation of this kind.
