    Hmm if this geothermal stuff works out, they will definitely be getting JV's left right and center, and will have no problem with money.

    At the moment though, 0 buyers and 95 sellers for 155 million units haha.... considering weather to spend 5k, and hold it for 10 years haha. but your right about consolidating :<
