Hi
Most of board been together since 2008. They now appear to be like local councilors - don't open their correspondence before next meeting, enjoy free lunch and nod their heads and agree to whatever the Boss says.(their role should be to look after us -the shareholders)
Time to ring individual Board members and see if they have an understanding of what is planned for our future (shareholders)
All the current salaries and director profiles etc. are listed in 2013 Annual.
