    re: Ann: CTM: Change in substantial holding f... Hey RC, looks like Atlas already owns 20% of Centaurus with 38 Million shares. CTM's report said they have a low capex, 1Mtpa start-up project, with ability to expand up to 3Mtpa approved by board of 65% Fe product. They can even use an existing EVFM rail line to the Iron ore port of Tubarao.
