    PRC is not a lender - a major investor and as it stands ABU has 3 major investors

    ANZ bank - who ABU have a facility with is a lender - Pac Road has bought into ABU and not "lend" ABU any money, unless I missed a vital bit of information in the announcements ?

    ABU have a responsibility to all holders - that includes keeping shareholders informed of developments and progress.
