Its a pity Mr Simms the Certified Practising Accountant wasn't gone a long time ago. We need less accountants at the wheel and more engineers, and maybe, just maybe, we would have less engineering F&#ckups!
Accountants should never be in such a senior position in an engineering project.
As I say - still another few to be shown the door. Hopefully its not too late.
