Seems a no brainer. Why on earth has this shell not been put to expressions of interest.
POR has been around for a while, failed in an IPO and where ever it has been since.
Plenty of agri plays coming on board, cleaned up would be a very attractive proposition for bd listing without the need for change of occupation.
Surely DD was not completed in a day???
