DIVIDEND: MCK: MCK: Updated NZX Appendix 7

MCK has provided separate NZX Appendix 7s to take account of the fact that
its upcoming dividend of 1.2 cents per share is to be paid to both ordinary
and redeemable preference shareholders on 16 May 2014. The record date
remains 9 May 2014.
