Let's all READ the announcement.

1st Paragraph - reads in the PAST tense, ie "PDY WAS (emphasis added) granted trading halts of its securities on 9/4 and 11/4 pending a further announcement to the market with respect to a proposed shareholders agreement....."
This is factually correct.

2nd Paragraph - reads in the current and future tense. "PDY now expects to be in a position to make that announcement to the market regarding the material terms of the Shareholder's Agreement within 2 trading days......"

The remaining paragraphs refer to "the Shareholder's Agreement". On the basis of this announcement an agreement certainly seems to exist.

Obviously more info is required to be disclosed, as detailed.

Let's all chew on Darren's "Chill Pill" and sit tight for a few extra days.
