With last years capital raising,34c(TGS soon after fell to 28c),and this 36c barter of shares for services,it is hard for TGS to gain traction for a consistent rise above 45c,for now. Just hope we don't get a 45c takeover offer by August. Both these "raisings" seem to come out of left field,for us,ordinary share holders,so I hope the big picture sees big profits,by the new year(raising the bar for any T/O bid).
