The market always teaches you many lessons,in Rocs case its patience. How a stock that is approx 40% cash backed on a forward PE of sub 3 for 2014 ad 2015 can continue to trade at a SUB 3 PE while making big margins is beyond me
I am very confident this will soon be rectified , but I am amazed its here at this level even ST
